Recently there has been a flurry of activity on homes in Cape Coral which is a very good sign of consumer confidence in real estate again. The hard part is the multiple offer bank owned properties, especially if the buyer is trying to obtain an FHA loan....

It is good to see some positive notes in the media and from statistics locally that we are seeing homes selling once again in Cape Coral and Lee County. Our median home prices are still lower than in the past but I am expecting to see them rise again...
